Our passion and commitment

Fresh Eyes – People to People Travel is a Not-for Profit Tour Company that has been established to bring responsible travellers together with pioneering groups in Asia and Europe in the quest for social and economic justice. We are committed to harnessing the power of travel to make the world a more just and equal place. We do this in three linked ways:

Solidarity

We believe that just by getting to know each-other we can learn and grow together through mutual respect and understanding. We have partner organisations in the countries we where we travel. They want to share their vision and are ready to welcome you to the heart of their communities so you can see how their work is changing lives for the better every day. It is our privilege to link you to them in solidarity.

Fairness and transparency

Fairness and transparency are at the core of our approach to responsible travel. In all our destinations we work exclusively with local people, and their companies, social movements and community organisations and we ensure that all our suppliers and their employees receive a fair wage measured by locally appropriate standards. Every aspect of your Just Tour will be fairly traded. We will be transparent with you – our guests – and with our partners about how income is generated and shared by Fresh Eyes.

Making a Difference

By contributing to the Community Solidarity Fund as part of your Just Tour you are giving something back to local community groups, some of whose work you will witness, and whose hospitality you will enjoy. We commit up to 20 per cent of the price of each trip to the fund, which is dedicated to improving the UK tourism’s impact on sustainability and supporting our partners in their work for justice and equality.
